This is our premium belt barrier with your logo, wording or artwork printed along the belt. Same post, same base, same cassette — the only thing that changes is what is on the strap. The queue line does the job it always did, and every person waiting in it reads your name instead of a blank black belt. Venues order these once the barriers are part of the fit-out rather than something borrowed for a weekend: retail floors, hotel lobbies, showrooms, reception areas, events and member-only areas.

The belt comes in 2 m or 3 m — your choice. For a queue, where people line up and move through, 2 m is the span you want: it holds the line tight and keeps people where you put them. 3 m covers more ground per post, which suits marking off a display or an area rather than moving a queue through it.

Why the price here is only a guide

A printed belt is manufactured for you, so there is no single price that covers every order. Three things move it:

• Quantity. The setup for a print run is a fixed cost, and it is spread across however many belts you order. Two posts carry all of it between them; twenty posts share it, and the price per post drops a long way.
• Print method. One colour or full colour, one side of the belt or both, a simple wordmark or a photographic logo — each of those is a different process and a different cost.
• Turnaround. A standard lead time is the cheapest way to buy them, because the printed belts travel by sea. If your date is close we bring them in by air instead and assemble them here before they go out — that gets them to you much faster, and air freight costs more per post.

So treat the figure on this page as a starting point, not a sell price. Your quote is the real number, and we confirm it with you — along with your artwork proof, the belt length and the lead time — before anything goes into production.

Questions & Answers

Q: Is the price on this page what I will pay?
A: No. It is a reference figure so the listing can sit on the site and you can see roughly where a printed barrier lands. Your real price comes back in a quote, and it moves with the quantity, the print method and the turnaround. Ask us before you order.

Q: Why can't you just list a price?
A: Because the biggest single part of a print job is the setup, and that is the same cost whether you order two posts or twenty. On a small run it sits on top of every post; on a larger run it almost disappears. One listed price would be wrong for nearly everybody.

Q: What do you need in order to quote me?
A: How many posts, your artwork, whether you want 2 m or 3 m belts, and the date you need them by. That is enough for a firm number.

Q: How long does it take?
A: There is a print run and then freight, and the freight is the part you can choose. On a standard lead time the belts come by sea, which is the cheapest way to do it. If you need them sooner they come by air and we assemble them here before they go out — much faster, and it costs more per post. Tell us the date you are working to when you ask and we will quote both ways if it is close.

Q: Do I see the artwork before you print it?
A: Yes, and we do not print without it. You get a proof of the belt with your artwork on it and you sign it off first.

Q: Is the post the same as your stock premium barrier?
A: It is the same post. The base is a steel shell filled with cement wrapped in a moulded plastic skin, 33 cm across and 8.5 kg, and the tube is 1 mm steel, powder-coated. If you already run our premium barriers the printed ones sit in the same line and look identical apart from the belt.

Q: 2 m or 3 m — which should I order?
A: 2 m for a queue people move through; it holds a tighter line. 3 m if you are closing off an area or a display and want to cover more ground per post. For a straight run, count the metres you need and divide by the belt length, then add a post for the end.

Q: I only need one or two. Is it worth it?
A: Per post it is the most expensive way to buy them, because the print setup has nowhere to spread. Ask anyway and we will quote it — but if the branding is a nice-to-have rather than the point of the order, the stock black, silver and silver with a red belt ship at the listed price, and the set of 2 and set of 4 work out cheaper per post again.

Q: I already have posts — can I just buy printed belts for them?
A: Tell us what you have and we will check it before quoting. The cassette unscrews from the post, and we stock plain replacements in black and red, so a printed cassette is often the cheaper way to brand barriers you already own.

Q: Can I put a sign on top as well?
A: Yes. The sign holders slide onto the top of the post — A3 portrait, A3 landscape, A4 portrait and A4 landscape in matching black. Printed belt plus a sign at head height is the usual fit-out for a reception or a service counter.

Q: Can it go outside?
A: It is made for indoor use. You can take it outside when the weather suits and it will do the job, but it is not designed to live outdoors permanently.
