  • All items at TLT Retail Display are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse.
  • Most deliveries will arrive within 2-8 business days after dispatch, with longer times for remote areas.
  • We use different courier partners to ensure reasonable shipping costs and high-quality service, based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. For Express / overnight shipping, Please contact us for a qupte 
  • Orders are dispatched within one business day of full payment being received. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the shipping fee may not be refundable, and additional fees may apply for redelivery or rerouting.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If you change your mind about your purchase or decide to return the item after receiving it, please note that shipping fees will be deducted from your refund and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

 

 

 

 

Returns Policy

We will pay the return postage When:

Your product was damaged during transit. please contact us within 24 hours after parcel delivered.

You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchase in 30 days.

Any product does not match item description that you have purchased.
