Wall Mounted Brochure Holders
Wall mounted brochure holders, leaflet racks and sign holders — for putting literature and notices where people are already standing, without giving up any counter space.
Single and multi-pocket holders for leaflets people take away, and flat sign holders for a notice that stays put. Several work equally well standing on a counter, which is useful when the position is not settled yet.
The position is the decision that matters. A wall holder cannot be moved once it is drilled, so choose the wall people actually walk past, and check what that wall is made of before you order fixings.

Why the wall instead of the counter
A wall holder buys you counter space and costs you flexibility. That is the whole trade.
Counter space is the most contested surface in most businesses. Anything you can get off it — leaflets, forms, menus, price lists — makes the counter work better. A wall holder also keeps the stack tidy, because it cannot be pushed sideways, slid under something or used as a coaster.
What you give up is the ability to move it. A counter holder follows the layout; a wall holder puts holes in the wall and stays there. Choose the position for where people will be standing in a year, not for where the leaflets happen to be today.
Where wall holders earn their place
The best positions are the ones with no furniture at all, because that is where nothing else can go.
Corridors. Lift lobbies. The wall between two doors. Beside a reception desk rather than on it. Stairwell landings. A waiting room wall at seated eye level. These are places people stand or sit with nothing to do, and a leaflet within reach gets picked up.
A holder on a wall nobody walks past is just a hole in the plasterboard. Walk the route your visitors actually take before you drill.
Mounting: the part people get wrong
- Check what the wall is made of first. Plasterboard, masonry, tile and glass each need a different fixing, and the one already in the drawer is usually the wrong one. A holder that pulls out of plasterboard takes a chunk of wall with it.
- Screws are not always included, because the right screw depends on your wall. The product page says what comes in the box.
- Height matters more than it seems. For a corridor or a foyer, the pocket should sit where somebody standing can read the title without bending. For a seated waiting area, lower. Too high is worse than too low: a leaflet above eye level is neither read nor reached.
- Mark both holes before drilling either. A holder mounted off level is obvious from across the room and cannot be hidden.
Buying in pairs
Some of these are supplied as a pair, which suits the way they are actually used. Two holders side by side carry two different leaflets, or the same leaflet in two languages, and a symmetrical pair looks deliberate where a single holder can look like an afterthought.
If you are fitting out a corridor or a row of rooms, buying in pairs also means every position looks the same, which is what makes a building feel organised rather than accumulated.
Wall mounted holder FAQ
Are screws included?
It depends on the item and the product page says so. Even where screws are supplied they may not suit your wall type, because masonry and plasterboard need different fixings.
Can I mount one on glass or tile?
Not with screws. Glass and tile need an adhesive method and a holder designed for it, and drilling tile without the right bit cracks it. Ask before you try.
Can the same holder sit on a counter instead?
Several of these work either way and the product page says which. That is useful if the position is not settled yet — otherwise the counter sign and menu holders are made for the bench.
How do I stop people taking the whole stack?
Mostly you cannot, and for a free leaflet it does not matter. If a document is expensive to print, hold a smaller stack and refill it more often rather than putting fifty out at once.
What if I need volume rather than a few pockets?
For a lot of literature in one place, a floor rack holds far more than a wall holder — see the brochure floor stands and magazine racks. The rest of the clear range is under acrylic sign holders and brochure displays.
