What the 25 mm refers to
The 25 mm is the width of the aluminium profile - the visible border around the poster. It is the size most snap frames sold in Australia use, and it is what we stock deepest. A 25 mm frame covers about 10 mm of the poster on each edge and holds the sheet flat without a heavy border. If the frame is going somewhere it will get knocked, or the poster is A1 or A0 and has to stay dead flat, the wider 32 mm heavy duty range is the better buy.
A snap frame is also called a clip frame, snap lock frame, click frame or poster holder - all the same product. Lift the four sides open from the front, slide out the anti-glare PVC cover, swap the poster, press the sides closed. The frame never leaves the wall.

Every frame takes a standard A-size poster with no trimming. The profile covers about 10 mm on each edge, so keep text and logos inside the visible area.

25 mm or 32 mm?
Both take the same posters and leave the same visible area - the difference is the width and stiffness of the profile. The 25 mm frame is the better value and suits most indoor jobs. The 32 mm heavy duty frame sits about 14 mm wider and taller on the wall, resists bowing at A1 and A0, and holds up better in a corridor or entrance where it gets bumped.

Price breaks are on each product page - most sizes drop in price from 10 frames, A0 from 5. The minimum order is 2 frames. For a quantity or a mix of sizes that isn't listed, contact us for a quote.
Everything is stocked in our Melbourne warehouse and ships free* to every address our checkout can deliver to. A0 frames are too large for Australia Post, so we send them by courier.
*For some regional and remote postcodes, checkout can't calculate a delivery cost. If that happens, contact us and we'll send you a courier quote before you pay. There's no obligation to go ahead.
25 mm snap frame FAQ
Do I need to trim my poster?
No. A standard A4, A3, A2, A1 or A0 print drops straight in. About 10 mm around the edge sits behind the frame rail, so keep text and logos clear of the edge when you design the artwork.
What is included with the frame?
The frame, the anti-glare PVC cover, the backing board and mounting screws, individually boxed. A4 to A2 can also be fixed with heavy-duty double-sided tape - we don't sell tape, but most hardware stores stock it. At A1 and A0, use screws.
Can these frames be used outdoors?
No. Every frame in this range is for indoor use only. They are not waterproof, and we do not stock an outdoor or weatherproof model.
Can they be locked?
No. They open by hand from the front, which is what makes them quick to change. They are not designed for unattended public areas where tampering is a concern.
Can I replace a scratched cover?
Yes. Replacement anti-glare PVC covers are sold separately in A4 to A0, so a marked frame does not have to be thrown out.

How are A0 frames delivered?
A0 frames are larger than the maximum parcel size Australia Post accepts, so we send them by courier. A small number of remote areas are not covered by courier services. This rarely happens, but if we cannot find a courier to deliver to your address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will refund you in full.
