A0 Black Snap Frame - Aluminium Snap Lock Poster Frame, Anti-Glare Cover

A0 black snap frame for 841 x 1189 mm posters: a wall-mounted aluminium poster frame, also called a snap lock frame, clip frame or poster holder, with a 25 mm square-corner profile and an anti-glare PVC cover. All four sides snap open from the front, so a poster can be changed in seconds without taking the frame off the wall, and once it is closed the mounting screws are hidden inside the profile. It makes a neat display frame for menus, price lists, promotions and in-store posters. Each frame comes individually boxed with screws, and is stocked in Melbourne for dispatch Australia-wide.

Questions & Answers

Q: Will a standard A0 print fit without trimming?
A: Yes. A standard A0 print (841 x 1189 mm) drops straight in. The visible area is 821 x 1169 mm, so about 10 mm around the edge sits behind the frame rail - keep text and logos clear of the edge when you design the artwork.

Q: How do I mount it on the wall?
A: Screws are included. Snap the four sides open, screw through the back of the frame into the wall, then snap it shut again - the screws end up hidden inside the profile. At this size we recommend screws rather than double-sided tape.

Q: Can I hang it portrait or landscape?
A: Either. The frame opens on all four sides, so it works the same way in both orientations - just decide which way round before you fix it to the wall.

Q: Can it be used outdoors?
A: No. This frame is made for indoor use only. It is not weatherproof and it is not lockable.

Q: Can it stand on the floor or on a counter?
A: No, this frame is made to hang on a wall, and we do not have a floor stand in A0 size. Our largest freestanding poster stand is the heavy duty A1 floor stand.

Q: Is there a sturdier frame in A0?
A: Yes. The A0 black 32 mm heavy duty snap frame uses a wider, thicker aluminium profile, so the frame stays rigid at this size. It is worth the extra cost for large posters that are changed often or hang in a busy area. Everything else works the same way - it opens on all four sides, takes the same A0 poster and comes with screws.

Q: Can the PVC cover be replaced if it gets scratched?
A: Yes. Replacement anti-glare PVC covers are sold separately in A4 to A0 sizes.

Q: How is the A0 frame delivered?
A: The A0 frame is larger than the maximum parcel size Australia Post accepts, so we send it by courier. A small number of remote areas are not covered by courier services. This rarely happens, but if we cannot find a courier to deliver to your address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will refund you in full.
