A3 Sign Holder for Retractable Belt Queue Bollard - Landscape, Silver

A silver sign frame that drops onto the top of a crowd control stanchion, so the sign sits at head height where the queue actually reads it - "Please wait here", opening hours, a price list, a wayfinding arrow. It fits the standard 3 m belt post and the premium 2 m belt post in our range, and the same top fits most standard queue bollards.

Fitting it is the whole job: slide it down over the bollard and it is on. Nothing is drilled, nothing is screwed, and it lifts straight off again when the sign is not needed - which is why these end up on every second stanchion in a bank, a clinic or a duty-free queue.

It is double-sided - a sheet goes in each face - so a queue that doubles back on itself reads the same message from both directions. Each face has a clear protective sheet over the print and a rigid backing board behind it to keep the paper flat.

This one is fixed as landscape, for a A3 sheet (297 x 420 mm).

Questions & Answers

Q: How does it attach to the stanchion?
A: It slides down over the top of the bollard and sits there under its own weight. No tools, no screws, and it comes off as easily as it went on.

Q: Will it fit the stanchions I already have?
A: It fits both of our retractable belt ranges - the standard 3 m belt post and the premium 2 m belt post. Most crowd control bollards use the same top diameter, so in practice it usually fits those too, but we cannot guarantee it against every brand. If you are matching stanchions from somewhere else, order one and check before you buy a set.

Q: Is it double-sided?
A: Yes. There is a face on each side and a sheet goes in both, so the sign reads the same from either direction. If you only need one side, leave the second face empty or put a different message in it.

Q: Are the clear sheets anti-glare?
A: No - they are plain clear sheets. They are there to keep the print flat and clean, not to cut reflections. If glare is your problem, our wall snap frames use an anti-glare sheet instead.

Q: Can it go outside?
A: Yes. The sign holder is fine outdoors as well as indoors - it is the stanchion underneath that is the indoor item, so if the whole crowd control set-up is going outside, think about the bollard rather than the sign holder.

Q: How do I change the sign?
A: The sheet slides in from the top. Pull the old print out, drop the new one in behind the clear sheet, and the backing board holds it flat.

Q: What do I print on?
A: Ordinary office paper is fine - the clear sheet and the backing board keep it flat. If the sign is going to live outside, print on waterproof synthetic stock.

Q: What comes in the box?
A: The frame, two clear protective sheets and a rigid backing board. No paper - that is yours.
