Shipping Policy
Dispatch and Delivery Times
All items from TLT Retail Display are dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse. In some cases, we may also ship directly from our overseas factory. Most orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.
If your item is marked as pre-order or out of stock, we will contact you after purchase to provide an estimated arrival time (ETA).
Please note that the ETA showing at checkout page is for reference only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Courier Partners
We use a range of courier services depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. If you require express or overnight shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Website Shipping Quote
We aim to keep our shipping system as accurate as possible. However, for remote or difficult-to-access areas, extra shipping charges may occasionally apply. If any additional cost applies, we will contact you before dispatch. If you choose not to proceed, we will issue a full refund.
Order Processing
Most orders are printed and dispatched within one business day after full payment is received. If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Pricing Errors
We make every effort to ensure all prices listed on our website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If you need to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the shipping fee may not be refundable. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or rerouting.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel using the courier’s official websites:

Return Due to Unsuccessful Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable, a return postage fee of $16 may be charged by the courier. This fee will be deducted from your refund. If you would like the parcel re-sent, a re-delivery postage fee will also apply.
To avoid this, please ensure your address is complete and someone is available to receive the parcel.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours. We take full responsibility for transit damage. For lost shipments, we take full responsibility only if the delivery address was correct and the tracking does not show the item as delivered.
Returns Policy
Return Postage Responsibility
We will cover return postage if the item was damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours, if you make a warranty claim within 30 days, or if the item does not match the description. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility if you change your mind within 30 days or make a warranty claim after 30 days.
Conditions for Full Refund (Change of Mind)
Items must be in original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. If the returned item is not in resaleable condition, only a partial refund may apply.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
To return an item, contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorisation Number. We will then provide further instructions for returning the item.
