Dispatch and Delivery Times
All items from TLT Retail Display are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Most deliveries typically arrive within 2-8 business days after dispatch. Please note, deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
If the item is marked as pre-order or out of stock on our website, we will contact you after your order is placed to provide an estimated arrival time (ETA).
Courier Partners
We partner with various couriers to provide competitive shipping costs and reliable service tailored to the size, weight, and destination of your order. For Express or overnight shipping options, please contact us for a quote.
Order Processing
Based on our past sales data, 90% of orders will be printed and dispatched within one business day after full payment is received. If there are any special circumstances that cause a delay, we will contact you ASAP.
If you need to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please note that the shipping fee may not be refundable.
Additional charges may apply for redelivery or rerouting of parcels.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can easily monitor the status of your shipment either on our website or through the courier's tracking system.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged Shipments: We take full responsibility for all damages that occur during transit.
Lost Shipments: We take full responsibility for shipments that are lost during transit. However, we will not cover lost shipments if the delivery address is correct and the status shows as delivered.

Returns Policy
Who Needs to Pay Return Postage?
✅ We will pay the return postage when:

Your product was damaged during transit. Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. We are unable to accept returns for damaged items reported more than 30 days after delivery.

You wish to make a warranty claim for any product purchased within 30 days.

Any product does not match the item description as purchased. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Full Refund of Change of Mind
For a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories intact. A partial refund may be issued if the item does not meet these conditions. Simply put, if we can resell it, you can get a full refund.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

For change of mind returns, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, we may deduct a reasonable shipping cost based on the item’s weight and delivery location.
